Sewage Leak in Moorpark

We received a call today from a customer noticing a funny odor coming from their kitchen cabinet. Odd smells can be an indication of a leak and should be examined further. In this case, the smell coming from the kitchen cabinet was caused by a leak. With the use of our moisture readers and utility locators, we were able to locate a leaky toilet wax ring, which unfortunately has slowly been causing damage for some time. Fortunately, the repair was quick and very affordable as installing a new wax ring is a cheaper repair as compared to most leaks.
