Leaky Toilet in Thousand Oaks

Our customer today noticed mushrooms growing out of the drywall in the ceiling in one of their guest bedrooms. Luckily for them the damage was localized within a small area and the leak was just a bad wax ring seal of the upstairs toilet. We were able to fix it for them right then and there!
