Need Help? Call Us 24/7 (805) 765-5951
When you get in touch, tell us what you are seeing. A warm or damp patch on the floor, the sound of running water with every fixture closed, a water bill that jumped without a change in use, a gas odor near a meter or an appliance, or a soft wet area of yard that never dries are each a different starting point.
That description decides what we bring. A suspected slab leak starts with electronic leak detection. A drain or sewer complaint starts with a camera inspection. A plastic line that has to be found before anyone digs starts with PVC utility location and mapping. You do not have to name the service, describing what changed is enough.
It helps to know the basics of the property as well: whether it sits on a slab or over a crawl space, roughly when it was built if you know, whether the line in question is copper, galvanized or plastic if a plumber has already opened it up, and whether a repair has already been attempted.
If an insurance claim is involved, say so when you book. What gets documented during the visit, where the leak is, how it was located and what was done, is what supports the claim later, and it is far easier to record it at the time than to reconstruct it afterwards.
We work throughout Ventura County and the neighboring coast.
